Relationship Issues
Trying to communicate with the person you are having problems with is not easy ... especially after something has occurred between the two of you. You try to talk with them and reason things out with the intent of solving matters before they become worst. Depending on how you handle things and your emotions, you can either resolve your differences or add to them. Because problems and difficulties with others have a way of troubling us in our mind and spirit we try to come up with ways to work them out.
Wouldn't it be nice if there were a way to do this without causing more trouble?
There are times when you don't know what to do or how to say what you feel; this is when you could use a little help. Many times you do not say anything because you don't want to add to the problem by hurting or offending the other person. Therefore, you hold it in until you can't take anymore.
